CONVERSEON TO SPEAK AT CHICAGO JUPITER MEDIA CONFERENCE

New York, NY — December 1, 2004 — Rob Key, president and CEO of Converseon, will address the Chicago Search Engine Strategies Conference (SES) on December 12-16, 2004, sponsored by Jupiter Media. His presentation will focus on Search Engines' impact on public relations and reputation management. Rob has previously spoken at on similar topics at SES conferences in New York and San Jose.

The conference, the industry's most prominent forum for discussion about the cutting edge of search engine optimization, will dedicate a panel on Search Engines and Public Relations, of which SERMA™ will be discussed.

Managing brands, reputation and issues within search engine listings is becoming increasingly important in an era of flame/complaint sites, phishing, cloned sites, and the rise of consumer generated media.

Converseon launched SERMA™, the industry's first search engine reputation management service, in January 2004. The service is designed specifically to help companies better manage their reputations in search engines. It was created in response to the increasingly important role search engines have in determining a company's reputation by helping to manage what appears in search listings under key company branded keywords. SERMA fuses cutting edge public relations strategies with sophisticated content management and advanced search engine optimization strategies.
