Rob Key
CEO/Founder
Formerly head of the Innovations Group at a division of Young & Rubicam and member of the WPP.com board, Rob founded Converseon in 2001 to provide new, innovative communication solutions designed to help companies meet their business objectives in a digital environment.
Rob's twenty years of experience spans public relations, reputation management, search marketing, affiliate marketing and online media/advertising, which has convinced him that markets clearly are "conversations" that require new ways of communicating. He has been involved in digital marketing since 1995.
Rob is a frequent speaker at a range of leading industry conferences, including Affiliate Summit and Jupiter Media's Search Engine Strategies Conferences (SES), to help evangelize his message of creative communications innovation.
Stephanie Schwab
Vice President
Stephanie heads Converseon's acquisition strategy group and works with clients on strategy and implementation of their marketing programs. Over the past twenty years Stephanie has consulted with and managed retail, e-commerce and education-related businesses; she was formerly a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and LakeWest Group, a boutique retail consultancy.
Stephanie's diverse experience working with retail and service businesses spans the National Football League, Nordstrom, Albertson's, Hilton Hotels, Mikasa, Indiana University, and The University of Chicago, among others. Stephanie has an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Planning from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a BA from the University of Washington.
Jamie Birch
Director, Affiliate Relations
Jamie is Director of Affiliate Relations at Converseon, where he manages all aspects of affiliate programs recruiting, retention and strategy. Prior to Converseon, Jamie managed a multi-million dollar affiliate program and search campaigns for Coldwater Creek, a top 5 national women's apparel retailer. He was able to generate a high volume of sales and incremental revenue through creative partnerships, efficient promotions and product placement strategies with top partners as well as small niche affiliates.
Jamie has also held positions with a number of e-commerce and online marketing companies where he focused on performance marketing and customer retention and activation initiatives. Jamie has a BA in Business/Finance from Central Washington University.
Constantin Basturea
Director, New Media Strategies
Constantin Basturea is Converseon's Director of New Media Strategies and the author of 'PR meets the WWW' blog. He was a co-organizer of the Global PR Blog Week, the first virtual conference on the impact of personal publishing on PR, and is the founder of NewPR Wiki, a collaborative space hosting online communication projects and resources.
Constantin has worked as an Assistant to President's Advisor for Nonprofit Organizations in his native country, Romania. He holds a Master's degree in Public Relations from the University of Miami.
